How To
Wear it. Train it. Done.
A short guide so your first ContourLift session feels obvious — not like reading a medical manual.

Quick Start
Four moves
- Cleanse — bare skin, no heavy oils.
- Conduct — thin even layer of conductive gel under electrode paths.
- Wear — mask on, snap cheek modules, confirm anti-slip fit and U-cut comfort.
- Control — remote: pick Full-face or Chin → choose a mode → set intensity 1–9 → ~15 minutes.
Mode Guide
Six patterns · two zones

Vibration · 抖动
Light oscillatory warm-up — ease in at low intensity.
Kneading · 揉捏
Deeper rhythmic feel along cheeks and jaw.
Lift · 提拉
Upward-emphasis patterning for contour sessions.
Tap · 拍打
Shorter pulse cadence — refreshing “tap” sensation.
Firm · 紧致
Steady training feel for firmness-focused days.
Cycle · 循环
Rotates through patterns — good set-and-forget choice.
Full-face mode
Training-oriented coverage across mask + cheek modules. Think Zygomaticus Major & Minor lift story.
Chin mode
Release-oriented focus toward Masseter / chin corridor for jaw and double-chin priorities.
Intensity
1–9 without the guesswork
Start at 1–3 for the first sessions. Strong tingling is a cue to step down — effective face fitness should feel workable, not punishing. Most daily users settle mid-range once contact and gel are dialed in.
Battery ~3–5 hours (70mAh, 0.3W). Charge before your week starts so the remote and mask stay ready.

Care
After each session
- Power off via remote; detach cheek modules
- Wipe electrodes and fabric with a slightly damp soft cloth — no soaking
- Air-dry before storage; keep vents clear
- Store away from direct heat and sunlight
